摘要
S 矿区属大型岩金矿床,该矿区的地质、矿床特征、矿石的加工及开采技术条件等资料已掌握,准备作为秦岭金矿的接替矿山投入生产。根据 S 矿区的实际开采技术条件,结合类似矿山的采矿、选矿方法及相应指标,并从合理开采顺序和同时回采矿块数的多少、采矿可能性、矿床开采年下降速度三方面确定该矿区在技术上可行的生产规模,再按合理开采服务年限对技术上可行的生产规模,进行经济可行性检验,进而证明该生产规模在经济上和技术上两个方面的合理性。为了保证矿山生产规模的经济可行性,必须用生产规模与成本关系来检验,通过分析生产规模与工厂成本、基建投资、经营成本三者的关系,可以做出生产规模与总成本关系的曲线,由此确定 S 矿区的合理生产规模区间,并分析其与技术上可行的生产规模不同的原因。最后,通过数学抽象,建立了在一般情况下,矿山生产规模与基建投资、经营成本、总成本关系的数学模型。通过分析影响生产规模优化的诸因素,可以更好地验证生产规模优化的正确性,以保证矿山的最佳投资效果。
This gold deposit is a large rock-gold one.The geological features,deposit features and ore producing and mining condition of the mining area is known.It is to be put into production as succeeding mine of Qinling gord deposit. According to real mining and technological conditions of this deposit,and in the light of real mining,ore dressing method and corresponding targets of similar deposits,We have determined pro- ducing capacity of this mine,which is practicable in technique for the reasonable mining order and the numbers of actual mining lump ore simultaneously,mining possibility and mining ore speed per year. The economic feasibility is tested by the years of reasonable production,and then it is proved that this producing capacity is reasonable. The testing of economic feasibility for this deposit producing capacity may be carried out by the relation of producing capacity and cost.Through analysing the three relations of producing capacity and factory cost;producing capacity and capital cost; producing capacity and the cost of operation,We can plot a relative curve between the producing capacity and total cost.With this curve we can define the reasonable district of the producing capacity of SiFanGou gold deposit,and analyse the reasons of the difference of producing capacity between the economy and tech- nique.At last,by mathematical abstracting we can set up the general mathematical models to deseribe the relation of producing capacity between capital cost,cost of operation and total cost. Through analysing various factors which affected the optimiza- tion of the producing capacity,we can even test the correctness of the optimization,so as to assure the optimal economic benefit of the mine development.
