摘要
文章主要针对中国高校实验室管理的现状,在实验室投资不足的情况下,运用精益管理的理念,充分利用实验室现有资源,通过优化整合实验教学内容、加强校内实验资源统筹管理和建立校外实验资源共享机制,实现以最小的投入而又能满足高校人才培养的需求。
Under the actuality of college laboratory management＇ s lacking enough laboratorial fund in China, the paper introduces the idea of Lean Management, which making use of resource in existence, optimizing the combination of laboratorial teaching content, enhancing the laboratory resource＇ management inside a college as a whole and establishing share mechanism with resource outside, so as to meet teaching need at the least cost of investment.
