摘要
对杰诺原油进行了评价,考察了不同馏分段馏分油的收率及硫含量。评价结果表明,杰诺原油属中质低硫中间基油,酸值(KOH)为0.473mg/g,盐含量为39.93mg/L,镍含量为20.19μg/g,轻馏分段硫含量较高。根据装置的现状及杰诺原油的性质,在加工过程中采取了以下措施:与其他原油混炼以控制原料的酸值;加大金属钝化剂添加量并跟踪催化剂的性能变化,以防止催化剂中毒;提高缓蚀剂加入量后,控制了初馏塔顶、常压塔顶及减压塔顶腐蚀;提高电脱盐率以降低混炼原油的含盐量。为了保证产品质量,还应加强对催化裂化产品进行碱洗脱酸处理。
The Djeno crude oil, imported from Congo was evaluated and the content of sulfur and the yield of different fractions to be investigated in this paper. The results indicated that Djeno crude oil is a kind of low-sulfur and intermediate base feedstock. The acid number (KOH) is 0.473 mg/g, the salt content of 39.93 mg/L, and the Ni content of 20.19 μg/g respectively, with higher sulfur content in the light fraction. According to the unit conditions and the properties of Djeno crude oil, the techniques are adopted controlled the acid number of feedstock by mixing it with other crude oil when it was refined; to prevent the catalyst from poisoning, increase the amount of metal passivant and the changes of catalyst performance to be tracked. In order to inhibit the corrosion in the column top of prefractionator, atmospheric and vacuum distillation, the amount of inhibitor was increased, to decrease the salt content in mixed crude oils by means of improvement on lectrolysis desalting rate. The products from catalytic cracker should be treated in acid removed with alkaline wash for the purpose of the favorable product quality.
