摘要
伽玛灵敏度实验研究是ST-401闪烁薄膜探测器性能研究的一个重要组成部分。本文介绍了闪烁薄膜探测器的基本原理及其结构设计,并且在西北核技术研究所的钴-60标准辐射源上,对一系列薄膜厚度的闪烁薄膜探测器进行了伽玛实验标定,对实验数据的不确定度进行了分析。给出了伽玛射线灵敏度随闪烁薄膜的厚度以及随光电倍增管电压的变化曲线。
The experiment study of the sensitivity to gamma rays is very important for a physics performance of ST-401 scintilling-film detector. In this paper, the basic principle and structure design of the scintilllng-film detector is introduced, and calibration sensitivity experiments have been carried out at Cobalt-60 standard radiation source in Northwest Institute of Nuclear Technology. The uncertainties of experimental data are discussed in detail. In the end, the sensitivity of the detector to gamma rays versus the film thickness and the voltage of photomultiplier tube is provided as well.
