摘要
分析了空间用高压氢镍电池在耐用性、可靠性及使用寿命等方面的影响因素,提出了壁状催化灯芯技术、电堆热平衡技术、高耐用性Pt/C催化剂应用等有效的解决方法和可行的技术途径。结果表明,制备的电池(40 Ah)1C充电200 min后不会损坏;在周期为90 min(充电48 min,放电42 min)、70%DOD的条件下,循环寿命超过12 000次。
Factors affecting the durability, reliability and service life of high pressure nickel-hydrogen (Ni-H2) battery for space use were analyzed. The effective methods and feasible means such as the technique of wall-like catalytic wick, the technique of stack thermo-balance in the cell-stack and application of high durable Pt/C catalyst were introduced. The results showed that the prepared battery (40 Ah) was not damaged after charge at 1 C for 200 min and that its lifetime was over 12 000 cycles with the condition of 90 min cycle (charge 48 min, discharge 42 min) at 70% DOD.
