猪链球菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药机制的研究进展

摘要 猪链球菌是一种人畜共患病病原菌,对β-内酰胺类抗生素的耐药性日趋严重。本文从其耐药现状、耐药分子机制、耐药菌株的常用实验室检测方法三方面进行阐述,以期为预防治疗猪链球菌病与研制新型药物提供理论依据。 Streptococcus suis is a pathogen that can infect both animals and human beings. Especially the problems caused by β - lactam antibiotics - resistant Streptococcus suis have been becoming increasingly serious. This article discussed the present state of resistance to β -lactam, molecular mechanism and general detection methods in laboratory. It provided theory basis for us to prevent and cure streptococcicosis and develop neotype medicine.
