摘要
针对旧式电弧炉目前在生产过程中存在的故障率偏高、控制精度差、耗能高等诸多问题,提出利用先进的计算机控制技术,变频模糊控制技术和新型空心转子异步电动机应用技术对电弧炉电极自动调解控制系统进行改造升级,并对变频模糊控制技术进行较详细分析与论述。实际应用证明:改造后新系统具有控制精度高、可靠及稳定性好等优点,具有很好的社会经济效益及推广应用价值。
In view of the fact that the out-of-date arc stove has many problems such as high rate of accident, low rate of control precision, high consumption of energy and so on in production process, the paper proposes: an arc stove electrode automatic control system is transtormed with new computer control technology, frequency converting fuzzy control technology and new hollow rotor asynchronous motor application technology, and frequency conversion fuzzy control technology is analyzed and discussed in detail. Practical application proves the new reform system has virtues of high control precision, reliability, stability, and has good application value.
