摘要
目的用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定心脑康胶囊的丹参酮ⅡA含量。方法色谱柱HypersilBDSC18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(80∶20)为流动相,检测波长为269nm,流动相流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果丹参酮ⅡA进样量线性范围为0.02~0.10μg(r=0.9990),平均加样回收率为98.55%,RSD=1.26%(n=6)。结论RP-HPLC法具有简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好等优点,适合于心脑康胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定。
Objectlve To establish a RP-HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Tanshinone ⅡA in Xinnaokang Capsule. Methods Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) was used with Hypersil BDS C18 (200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column as the chromato graphic column. The mobile phase was mathanol water (80:20). The detecting wavelength was 269 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 25℃. The external standard method was employed. Results The calibration curves were linear within the range of 0.02-0.10μg (r=0.999 0) for tanshinone ⅡA. The average recovery rate was 98.55% with RSD=1. 26% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible It can be used for quantitative determination of the tanshinone ⅡA in Xinnaokang Capsule.
