2型糖尿病人群DNA氧化损伤情况分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解2型糖尿病人群DNA氧化损伤的情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测,健康人群和2型糖尿病人群尿样DNA中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)的含量。结果尿样DNA中的8-OHdG水平显示,长于半年病程2型糖尿病病例和2型糖尿病伴肾病病例分别为22.37±5.62ng/mgGr和23.80±7.58ng/mgGr,明显高于健康人的15.74±6.10ng/mgGr(P<0.05)。结论长于半年病程2型糖尿病病例和2型糖尿病伴肾病病例的DNA氧化损伤水平均高于健康人群。对于预防和监测2型糖尿病病人,测定尿样中8-OHdG含量是一个简单、准确的方法。 Objective To know the situation of oxidation damnification of DNA of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Urine 8 - OHdG concentrations of healthy people and type 2 diabetic patients were conducted with the use of ELISA. Results The content of urine 8 - OHdG of hyper - half year course of diseases of type 2 diabetic patients was 22.37±5.62 ng/mgGr, of type 2 diabetic patients with nephropathy was 23.80±7. 58 ng/mgGr. There were higher than that healthy people was 15.74 ± 6.10 ng/mgGr ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The level of oxidation damnification of DNA, hyper - half year course of diseases of type 2 diabetic patients and type 2 diabetic patients with nephropathy were higher than healthy people. The method was simple, accurate for preventing and supervising type 2 diabetic patients of urine 8 -OHdG concentrations.
