摘要 压气机叶片作为发动机能量转换的重要零件之一,在发动机工作过程中承受着多种复杂的应力。本文以Pro/Engineer为软件平台,采用三维特征设计方法实现带阻尼台叶片的快速建模。通过计算确定了平衡角的大小为3.3°,方向为顺时针。设计了毛边槽,利用PRO/E软件所具备的参数化设计的功能对带阻尼台叶片的精锻模具进行设计。缩短了模具设计周期,减少了人工操作时间,对航空发动机叶片的精锻工艺制定具有重要意义。 As one of the most important parts for energy conversion of an engine, compressor blade undertakes many complex stresses during the operation of an engine. Based on the parametric technology software Pro/Engineer, the rapid modeling of blade with a damper by 3D method was implemented. Based on the torsion angles, an equilibrium angle of 3.3°was gained, the rough edge was designed and the die design of blade with a damper in the precision forging was completed. By the parametric technology, the modeling period and manufacturing time were shortened. It has a significant meaning for the precision forging process of aero-engine blades.
