摘要
当前高校的心理咨询工作表面发展迅速,实际上却陷入了一个尴尬的境地,心理咨询服务资源未被大学生充分利用。这种状况背后凸现出高校心理咨询存在的特殊供求矛盾,即心理咨询服务与学生的需求之间出现了脱节。造成这种矛盾的原因既有来自咨询工作者方面的因素,也有学生方面的因素,需要综合考虑两方面因素有针对性地改善当前工作以促进高校心理咨询进一步发展。
It seems that the psychological consultation in universities bas been developed rapidly, but it has come to an awkward condition in fact. The psychological consultation services am underutilized. At the back of the situation, there is a special contradiction between the supply of psychological consultation services and the demand of undergraduate students. The main factors that cause the contradiction involve both psychological consultation workers and undergraduate students. Base on above analysis, the author gave some suggestions.
