摘要
由于学分制实施、独生子女影响、恋爱的盛行、社会活动的增加、非正式群体的存在、宿舍社会化的冲击,使得高校班级不断离散,缺乏凝聚力。对此,应实施社区班级、强化班级目标、丰富班级文化、加强班风建设等措施,以加强大学班级的凝聚力。
The application of the credit system, the influence of only - child, and the prevailing love affairs in students have led to the dispersed classes at college and university lacking cohesiveness, which also results from the increase of participation in social activities, the occurrence of informal groups and the impact of socialized dormitories. In order to intensify the coheciveness in classes at college and university, the author puts forward such countermeasures as beginning community classes, reinforcing the goals of classes, enriching the class culture and strengthening the construction of class mode as well.
