摘要
党的十一届三中全会以来的30年是中国农村演进最为迅速、面貌变化最为明显、农民生活改善最快、农民观念最多元的时期。构建和谐社会重点在农村,难点也在农村。构建和谐社会主义新农村,要立足中国国情,借鉴国外经验,依靠中国农民,推动城乡平等互动、协调发展。
The past 30 years since the 3rd plenary session of the 13th CPC Party Congress have,in China＇s history,witnessed the most rapid progress and the greatest changes in China＇s countryside,and have seen the fastest improvement of the Chinese farmers＇ Life and the most diversified of their thinking ways. Both the key and the hardest nut of building a harmonious socialist country lie in China＇ s countryside. Building harmonious socialist new countryside should base itself firmly on China＇s specific conditions, learn from foreign experiences and rely on Chinese farmers so as to push forward the equal interaction and balanced development between urban and rural areas.
