摘要
从2D树脂两步法的合成条件、整理工艺条件(如催化剂的用量、整理液pH值、金属离子、树脂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等)对预催化醚化2D树脂泛黄因数的影响进行了系统的研究,找出了预催化醚化2D树脂泛黄因数,从而有效降低了预催化醚化2D树脂的泛黄指数。
The yellowing factors of pre-cat DMDHEU resin modified by alcohol, from the preparation condition of DMDHEU through two -step and finishing conditions, such as the amount of cat, finishing pH value, metal ionic, the amount of resin, curing temperature and curing time ect. were studied, and the yellowing factors of pre-cat DMDHEU resin modified by alcohol was found out, effectively reduce the yellowing index of pre-cat DMDHEU resin modified by alcohol.
