摘要
研究了压铸机双曲肘五铰点斜排列合模机构的运动和力学特性,包括肘杆机构的几何尺寸及位置与模板行程及其速度之间的关系,以及力的放大比等。根据机构运动原理推导出了在理想状态下(即无变形刚性结构)合模机构运动特性和力学特性的相关计算公式。分析结果表明,在合模力一定的情况下,合模机构的两个重要指标——力的放大比与模板行程比与合模机构的肘杆几何尺寸及肘杆间位置关系(所成角度)密切相关。
The movement and forces characteristics of double-toggle clamping mechanism in die casting machine were investigated including the relationship of geometry size and position of double-toggle clamping mechanism with mould plate stroke and its speed as well as the amplification ratio of clamping forces.The formulas for calculating the clamping stroke and the cylinder stroke and for estimating the amplification of clamping forces have been derived based on the movement principle of mechanism.The results reveal that the ratio of clamping stroke & cylinder speed and the amplification of clamping forces,which are two important factors of clamping mechanism,are closely related to the geometry dimension and position of double-toggle mechanism.
