CEO个性对民企高管团队组成与运作的影响

摘要 本文采用半结构化访谈的研究方法,对移动通信产品分销行业里两家规模较大的民营企业进行比较,分析了其公司背景、高管团队组成和运作过程。研究发现,民营企业CEO的个性以及由此形成的领导风格,直接作用于高管团队的组成结构以及领导、沟通、冲突、决策等具体运作过程,进而影响企业绩效。
