摘要 介绍了一种基于非分散红外(NDIR)原理的便携式瓦斯检测仪的总体设计,该检测仪使用进口红外传感器,以新型电调制光源代替机械调制光源,实现了对煤矿井下瓦斯浓度的实时测量、液晶显示和超限声光报警等功能,最后给出该检测仪在甲烷体积分数为0~10%的测量结果,验证了该检测仪在测量精度、范围等方面的优势。 This paper introduced the overall design of a non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) principle based portable methane detector. The coal mine gas concentration real-time measurement, LCD and threshole surpass sound-light alarm function were realized with the use of imported infrared sensors and a new modulation source replacing a mechanical one. The obtained measurement results in methane volum fracton (0 - 10%)with this were also given, which proved the superiority of the detector in measurement accuracy, scope, etc.
