摘要
目的研究罗汉果的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,应用核磁共振波谱法和质谱法等技术确定化合物的结构。结果从罗汉果中分离和鉴定了10个化合物,分别为山柰酚(Ⅰ)、山柰酚7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(Ⅱ)、山柰苷(Ⅲ)、罗汉果皂苷E(Ⅳ)、罗汉果皂苷(Ⅴ)、山柰酚3-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷-7-O-[β-D-葡萄糖基(1-2)-α-L-鼠李糖苷](Ⅵ)、罗汉果皂苷A(Ⅶ)、光果木鳖皂苷(Ⅷ)、罗汉果皂苷(Ⅸ)和罗汉果皂苷A1(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅶ和Ⅹ为新的天然产物,Ⅰ为首次从罗汉果中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents in the fruits of Momordica grosvenori. Methods Isolation and purification of the constituents were carried out on column chromatography. Their structures were identified by NMR and MS spectral analyses. Results Ten compounds were isolated and elucidated as kaempferol (I), kaempferol 7-O-a-L-rhamnopyranoside (Ⅱ), kaempferitrin (Ⅲ), mogroside Ⅱ E ( IV ), mogroside Ⅲ ( Ⅴ), kaempferol 3-O-a-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1-2)-a-L-rhamnopyranoside] ( VI ), mogroside ⅣA( Ⅶ ), grosmomoside I (Ⅷ), mogroside V ( IX ), and mogroside Ⅱ A1 ( X ). Conclusion CompoundsⅦ and X are new natural products, and I is isolated from the fruits of M. grosvenori for the first time.
