摘要
中国当今主要汽车企业分为合资和中资独立企业两类,跨国公司对两类企业发展自主创新能力有着不同的影响。中国发展自主创新的汽车工业的关键还是要提升中国汽车企业自身的素质和学习能力。
Currently major automotive enterprises in China have divided into two categories： joint venture and self-fund independent enterprises. Multinational has different effect on the two categories while which develop their independent innovative capability. The key of that China has developed independent innovative automotive industry is to promote the diathesis and ability of learning of Chinese automotive industry.
