摘要
采用苦参水煎剂供小鼠灌胃，通过胃肠道吸收后观察它对全身免疫功能的作用。结果表明：苦参在小鼠体内对Ｔ细胞、Ｂ细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的免疫功能活性均有抑制作用，并提示苦参碱治疗乙型肝炎的疗效可能不是通过提高免疫功能来实现的。
Abstract Some rats,selected for experimental purpose,were given decoction of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis by means of gastric perfusion.On condition of absorption through the rats′ gastrointestinal tracts,observations were made on the effect of the medicine on the rats′ general immune function.The result showed that Radix Sophorae Flavescentis had an inhibiting effect on rats′ activity of immune function of T cells,B cells and celiac macrophages,and also suggeted that the therapeutic effect of Radix Sophorae Flevescentis base gained in the treatment of hepatitis B was not probaly due to improving the immune function of the human body.
