摘要
目的:了解哮喘患者接受健康教育及目前哮喘控制情况。方法:研究对象为2006年1月至2007年12月在我院呼吸内科哮喘门诊就诊的哮喘患者365例,通过哮喘控制测试问卷(ACT)、自行设计的调查问卷和简易肺功能测定收集资料。结果:365例患者中,146例(40%)ACT评分<20分,为没有控制;179例(49%)评分在20～24分,为控制良好;40例(11%)总分达到满分25分,为完全控制。达到良好控制以上的患者共有219例,占60%。159例患者行肺功能检测,结果与健康教育前比较,P<0.001。结论:接受健康教育的哮喘患者其哮喘控制水平良好,部分患者肺功能检测结果较健康教育前有明显改善(P<0.001)。
Objective：To identify the health education conditions of patients at the asthma clinic and their current asthma control level.Method：The samples of this study were 365 asthma patients at the asthma clinic of respiratory department in Chao Yang Hospital from January 2006 to December 2007.The data were collected through the asthma control test（ACT）,the self-designed questionnaires and the patients＇lung function test.Results：The scores of ACT among 365 patients were as follows：146 cases （40%）being uncontrolled with the score of below 20 points,while 179（49%） demonstrating we4ll-controlled status with the score of 20-24 points.The remaining 40 patients（11%） showed completely controlled with the score of 25 points.Totally,219 patients,accounting for 60%,achived well control and complete control.The lung function of 159 patients was significantly improved compared to their situation before health education（P〈0.001）.Conclusion：After health education,the asthma patients are controlled well.The lung function of some patients was significantly improved compared to their situation before health education（P〈0.001）.
