摘要
塑烧板除尘控制系统是目前世界上新型的工业除尘系统,在国内应用处于起步阶段,其计算机控制更是无一定的模式可循。因此,加大其计算机控制模式的研发具有深远的意义。介绍了以西门子控制系统为核心的硬件构架和软件体系结构,综合运用现代控制理论,采用先进的控制模式和控制方法,实现了一个可靠而先进的系统控制平台。
The control system for sinter-plate filter is a new styled dusting system in the world at present. It is only in a start stage at home, so there is no mode can be followed in the aspect of computer controlling and to increase the development in this aspect has the profound significance. The paper introduces the hardware frame and the software system structure that taken the Siemens control system as core. And a reliable and advanced system control platform is implemented with the using of modem control theory, the advanced control mode and the control method.
