摘要
报告1971～1986年5个核工厂职工的截缩简略寿命表。以接触放射性工种者为观察组，同厂非放射性工种者为对照组。结果在20岁时的平均期望寿命：全死因寿命表放射组为53．95岁，对照组50．76岁；去肿瘤寿命表放射组为57．99岁，对照组为58．33岁，寿命增幅后者明显高于前者，说明肿瘤对对照组的影响大于放射组；去意外死亡寿命表放射组为54．77岁，对照组为51．82岁，两组寿命增幅接近。推断在低水平电离辐射条件下，放射性工作人员的健康未受影响。
This paper repots a cutting abridged life table of occupotional exposed populations compared withthat of nonexposed employees from thesame factory during 1971 ~ 1986. This results indicate thatexpection of life of theexposed populations at age 20 was 53. 95,and the control group was 50. 76. Theexpection of life of above. two groupe were 57- 99 amd 58. 33 respectively excludingmalignantneoplase,or 54. 77 and 51. 82 respecctivly excluding injury andpoisoning. So, there was no evidenceof influenco on health of workers exposed to low-levelionchg radiation.
