摘要
在通过实地调查,了解到多种错综复杂、交织在一起导致当前黑龙江垦区养老保险问题的因素,对这些因素进行类型学的划分,主要有三类:一是职工身份分割体制带来的问题;二是养老保险制度变迁造成的问题;三是历史因素导致的问题。期望以此为垦区养老保险存在问题的解决提供参考和依据。
Through field investigation, the complicated and interrelated factors were found that lead to the current problems existing in pension of Heilongjiang Reclamation Area. The factors fall into three types： first, the problems resulted from the system of identity division of the employees; second, the problems sprung from the changes in the system of pension; third, the problems inherited from historical factors. And it＇s expected to offer reference and basis to solve these problems.
