介绍了大庆石化总厂与美国HoneywellHi-SpecSolutions公司合作开发的以鲁棒多变量预估控制技术为核心的重油催化裂化装置反应再生与分馏先进控制系统的功能目标、方案设计和技术关键,并以半年的实际考核数据说明了该系统的良好应用效果,从而为石化企业指出了一条提高经济效益的有效途径。
An introduction to the APC applications installed on the residue fluid catalytic cracking(RFCC) unit of Sinopec Daqing Petrochemical Complex.The APC applications are based on Honeywell′s Robust Multivariable Predictive Coutrol Technology(RMPCT),and implemented through the co operation of Honeywell Hi Spec Solutions and Sinopec Daqing.This article describes the APC′s functional objectives,strategy design and technological key points.Half a year′s acceptance test data prove that the APC applications have met with good results and promised a good way feasible for enhancing economical benefits for refineries.
