摘要
结合国内几座大跨径连续刚构桥施工跨中底板预应力连续束时出现崩裂现象,归纳出3种基本破坏类型:底板横向挠曲产生的纵向开裂、上下层之间分离拉裂和钢束局部剪出破坏,并提出了相应的配筋计算公式和对策建议。
In the light of the bursting cracks occurring during construction of the continuous prestressing strands in the bottom slabs of midspan box girders of several domestic long span continuous rigid-frame bridges, this paper summarizes three kinds of the basic damages of the bursting cracks to the bottom slabs of the box girders, that is, the longitudinal crack due to lateral flexure of the bottom slab, the tensioning crack due to splitting of upper and lower layers of the slab and the local shearing exposure of the prestressing strands, and also gives the corresponding calculation formulae for reinforcement and prestressing strand layout in the slabs and the proposed countermeasures for the bursting cracks.
