摘要
在液控缓闭蝶阀尚无完整统一试验标准可循情况下,依靠科研院校的技术和设备,对大口径蝶阀流阻特性进行现场测试,依据结果并结合水泵机组失电过渡机理分析,证明所设计和生产的液控缓闭蝶阀按预调角度和速度实现快慢两阶段关闭,能有效地控制水锤升压,防止水泵事故倒转,能满足大流量、高扬程、长管道、阶梯式灌溉工程所需。
With no unified experimental standards for the hydraulic control buffer butterfly valve,we tested the flow resistance of the valve by relying on the technology and instruments of universities and research institutes.According to the results and the analysis of the mechanism of pump and valve without electricity,we proved that the valve could be closed by preset angles and speed.It can control the water hammer efficiently and prevent accidents when the water pump turns round reversely and meet the need of an irrigation project of large flow,high head and long pipage.
