摘要
以0.4 mol/L HCl 溶液作介质,在表面活性剂 CTMAB 存在下,钼(Ⅵ)与新试剂3,5-二溴-4-二甲氨基过溴化物苯基荧光酮(DBDMBPF)显色反应形成1:2的红色三元胶束配合物,最大吸收波长位于533 nm 处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为1.05×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),钼(Ⅵ)含量在0~12 μg/25 mL 范围内符合比尔定律,拟定方法用于钢铁样品中微量钼的测定,结果满意.
In the presence of CTMAB,colour reaction of molybdenum with DBDMBPF is studied.In the medium of 0.4 mol/L HCl,molybdenum reacts with DBDMBPF to form a 1:2 red ternary micel|e complex.The maximum absorption of complex is at 533 nm.The molar absorptivity is 1.05×10~5 L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).Beer's law is obeyed up to 12μg of Mo(Ⅵ)in 25 mL.The method can be used for the determination of trace molybdenum in steel alloys with satisfactory results.
