摘要
论述了利用Windows位图(BMP)数据直接进行数控雕刻加工的关键问题,提出了一种解决BMP图像数据字节重组处理问题的算法。根据该算法,应用Visual Basic(简称VB)程序设计语言编程,开发了一用于点阵法数控雕刻的图像预处理软件,以满足数控雕刻加工的需求。
Some key issues in numerically controlled sculpture processing using Windows bitmap（BMP） data are discussed in this study.A computation approach is provided to solve problems in byte reorganization in BMP Image data processing.Using this computation and the Visual Basic（VB） program design language,we developed pre-processing software for pixel array-NC sculpture images.This software is designed to meet the needs in numerically controlled sculpture processing.
