摘要
采用固相法制备了丙烯酸丁酯接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-BA),研究了反应时间、单体用量、引发剂用量对丙烯酸丁酯(BA)接枝率的影响,对接枝共聚物的结晶性能和热稳定性进行了表征和分析。结果表明,引发剂用量对接枝率有明显的影响;接枝链的引入起到成核的作用,使聚丙烯(PP)的结晶峰温升高;随接枝率的增大,接枝共聚物的热稳定性逐步降低。
Butyl acrylate(BA) grafted PP was prepared by solid phase grafting method. Effects of various factors such as monomer and initiator concentration, reaction time on grafting ratio were studied. The crystallization and thermal stability of the grafting copolymers were characterized. The results show that the dosage of initiator exerts an obvious influence on the grafting ratio. BA introduced plays a role of nucleating agent and raises crystallization temperature of PP. The thermal stability of grafting copolymer decreases with increasing in grafting ratio.
