摘要
目的探索结构方程模型在科技人员人格特征研究中的应用。方法选用五因素人格量表(NEO-PI-R)对某省七所高校的114名科技人员进行调查,并对量表进行简化,对简化后的量表所涵盖的人格结构利用结构方程模型进行验证。结果利用结构方程模型清晰、直观地展现了各条目与对应的人格特征及五种人格特征之间的关系,取得了较好的应用效果。结论结构方程模型作为一种新兴的统计分析方法适合应用于人格特征的研究。
Objective To explore the application of structural equation model in the study of personality characteristics of the scientific personnel. Methods We took our survey by 114 scientific personnels from seven universities. The research tool is NEO-PI-R (Revised NEO Personality Inventory). After the process of simplifying the NEO-PI-R, we use structural equation model to confirm and adjust the initial model for the purpose of gaining the classic model. Results Structural equation model open out clearly and intuitively the connection between 105 items and five personality characteristics, and the result is very good. Conclusion Structural equa-tion model as statistic method appearing recently can be used to study personality characteristics.
