摘要
目的:研究蝎毒抗癌多肽体外能否抑制卵巢癌细胞株3AO的生长及诱导其发生凋亡。方法:采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测蝎毒抗癌多肽体外对卵巢癌细胞株3AO的生长与增殖的影响、流式细胞仪的方法进行凋亡峰的检测。结果:蝎毒抗癌多肽体外作用于卵巢癌细胞株3AO后,能明显抑制其生长,并呈剂量效应关系。流式细胞仪检测到了细胞凋亡峰,且峰值也呈剂量效应关系。结论:蝎毒抗癌多肽体外能抑制卵巢癌细胞株3AO的生长,并能诱导其发生凋亡。
Objective To study whether PESV can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis on ovarian cancer cell lines 3AO in vitro. Methods Cell growth inhibition rate of ovarian cancer cell lines 3AO after treated with PESV was determined by MTT. Apoptotic peak was determined by flow cytometry. Results PESV could inhibit proliferation of ovarian cancer cell lines 3AO in vitro and it had some dose-effect relation. Apoptotic peak was detected by flow cytometry and it also had some dose-effect relation. Conclusion PESV can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis on ovarian cancer cell lines 3AO in vitro.
