摘要
血液透析护理是关系到患者生存率、生活质量的重要因素。近年来,随着患者数量日益增加,对护理人员的专业素质也提出了更高的要求。结合国内外血液透析的治疗现状,提出发展我国血液透析专业护士的建议。
Hemodialysis nursing is an important factor related to the patients＇ survival and quality of life. In the recent years,the increase of patients number brings higher request to nurses＇ professional quality. This paper discussed the current status of hemodialysis treatment, and proposed suggestions to train hemodialysis certified expert nurse in China.
