摘要
目的正确实施奖罚机制,提高护士工作积极性。方法采用加分与减分的积分法作为评价护士和实施有效奖罚制度的依据,积分的分值不设最低分和最高分,随时累计得分,年底汇总。结果护士到课率、病人对护士的满意度均提高。护理质量全院排名由第7名提高到第2名,实现了零投诉。结论实施有效的管理手段,合理奖罚,能发挥管理效能,达到管理的目的。
Objective To improve nurses' working enthusiasm through rational rewards and punishment system. Method The integration score system was applied in nursing management as a basis for the rewards and punishment of nursing staff. We didn' t set up the maximum and minimum scores,and add up the scores at any time, then calculate the total score at the end of year. Result The nurses' participation rate of continuing education and patients' satisfaction with nursing were all increased. The rank in quality of nursing was increased from No. 7 to No. 2, and the patients ' complaints was zero. Conclusion Taking effective nursing management can make full use of rewards and punishment,and thereby to achieve the goal of management.
