摘要
目的调查大学生性态度、暴露于黄色性媒体、性行为等按年级线性变化趋势，以揭示大学生性行为的变化态势和影响环境。方法在浙江省某市两所大学所有在校1～4年级学生中，开展自答式问卷调查。采用卡方线性趋势分析方法分析数据。结果与高年级学生比较，有更大比例的低年级学生报告同意在较早的学校阶段发生性行为，更早知道性是怎么回事，在17岁以前接触黄色性媒体，在更早的时间发生性行为，有更多的性伴侣，而安全套使用率更低。结论年轻人的性态度、性行为等越来越开放，应在青少年中积极开展性病伎滋病预防工作。
Objective To investigate liner trend of attitudes toward sex, exposure to pornographic media and sexual behaviors in university students of different grades, so as to explore the change of sexual behavior and its environment. Methods Survey by self-administered questionnaire was conducted among all students from grade one to grade four in 2 universities in one city of Zhejiang province. Results The lower grade of the students was, the less disapproval they had of initiating sex at earlier school stage;the earlier to know what sex is, the more to have exposure to pornographic media before the age of 17; the earlier the student had sex, the more they had sexual partners and the less condom use. Conclusion The attitude toward sex and sexual behavior become increasingly open among young people, and prevention of STD/HIV should be carried out among them at an earlier time.
