摘要
介绍了Cr3MnVTi、Cr5V3SiTi和Cr12MoSiTi三种高碳低铬合金工具钢的化学成分、热处理工艺及与力学性能的有关参数,并与传统的高碳高铬工具钢Cr12型作了对比,新钢中由于添加了Si、Ti、V等合金元素,比老的系列钢种在性能上产生了明显变化,使模具寿命提高了1.2~2倍。
The chemical composition, heat treatment process and mechanical properties of three kinds of high-carbon low-chromium alloy tool steels (Cr3MnVTi, Cr5V3SiTi,Cr12MoSiTi) were introduced, and compared with the traditional high-carbon high-chrome tool steel (Crl2 tape), because of the addition of Si, Ti, V and other alloy elements, the performance of the new steel has the more significant changes than that of the old steel, which makes the die worklife be increased by 1.2-2 times.
