摘要
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们的生活理念和消费模式也正在发生着重大的变化．人们亦不难发现，市场上琳琅满目的食品正在上演着食品包装的“时装秀”．而由此所涉及的与食品安全有关的食品包装问题也受到越来越多的重视，对食品的包装提出了更高的要求。食品包装不仅要多样化、多功能．而且对生态环境和资源消耗的负面影响应减少到最低．最重要的是．对人们的饮食安全不会产生危害。
With the development of the economy and the improvement of people＇s living standards, great changes have taken place in people＇s life concept and consumption mode. It is obvious that food of all vaneties in the market is presenting us a Fashion Show of food packaging. Hence, food packaging problems concerning food safety have aroused more and more attention and higher requirements are raised for food packaging. Food packaging should not only be diverse and multi-functional, but also minimize its negative effects on the ecological environment and resource consumption. More importantly, it should not affect food safety.
