摘要
采用放射自显影技术观察自然衰老大鼠(24月龄)几个重要脑区M1受体密度的变化及补气中药黄芪的调整作用。图象分析仪给出不同脑区的平均灰度(相对值)。老年鼠皮层、海马、纹状体的灰度显著低于青年鼠,皮层和纹状体降低15%左右,海马降低不到10%。给进入老年期的动物长期口服黄芪水提物(4个月),三个脑区的M1受体密度均明显高于老年对照组。黄芪能减轻衰老时上述三个脑区M1受体密度的降低,但是黄芪作为补气药,其升高M受体的作用又与滋阴药有若干不同处,推测其作用机理也不相同,值得进一步探讨。
The change of M1 receptor densities of some important brain areas and the regulatory effect of Huangqi (Radix Astragali) were observed with autoradiography. The mean grain values of different brain areas were given by the computerized image analyzer. it was shown that the grain values of cortex, hippocampus and striatum were significantly lower in aged rats than in young rats, with cortex and striatum decreased by about 15% and hippocampus about 10%. When the aged rats were orally administered water extract of Huangqi for 4 monthes, the M1 receptor densities of the 3 brain areas were much higher than aged control group. However, the action, as well as mechanism of action, of Qi Tonics Huangqi in elevating M receptors is not identical to Yin Tonics Zhimu. These would be very interesting for further investigation.
