Review on the IT Outsourcing Performance and Its Management Research

摘要 随着IT的广泛应用和企业竞争的加剧,将IT外包而使企业集中于核心能力的培育与提升已成为企业战略管理的重要手段。而实践表明,IT外包的运作相当复杂,许多IT外包以失败而告终,如何确保IT外包取得良好绩效日益引起人们的关注。本文在阐述IT外包绩效管理重要性的基础上,对国外和国内IT外包及其绩效管理研究现状进行评述,并提出了IT外包绩效未来的研究方向。 With the wide use of IT and the intensification of competition among enterprises, it has become an important strategic management means for enterprises of outsourcing IT to focus their resources on building and improving their core competence. However, the fact is that the operation of IT outsourcing is very complex, therefore, many of them ended up in failure. How to ensure the performance of IT outsourcing has attracted attentions. Based on the expounding on the importance of IT outsourcing performance management, this paper comments on the research state of IT outsourcing and its performance management in foreign countries and our country, and put forwards the future research direction of IT outsourcing performance management.
