摘要
国际收支与汇率变动存在传导效应。近年我国国际收支持续双顺差,人民币面临极大压力,进入被动升值状态。在金融全面开放的条件下,应合理调节国际收支状况,协调管理外汇储备,促进人民币汇率稳中有升。
Conduction effect exists between international balance of payments and exchange rate. In recent years, China＇s international balance of payments continued achieving double favorable balance; RMB was facingtremendous pressure to enter a passive state of appreciation. Under the fully - open financial conditions, we should rationally regulate the balance of payments, coordinate foreign exchange reserves management, and keep steady theRMB exchange rate.
