摘要
新企业所得税法的施行,对内、外资企业乃至整个经济的影响是显而易见的。江苏是经济大省,内、外资企业众多。新税法的施行,将有助于提高江苏内资企业的自主创新能力和市场竞争力,推动产业升级;同时将有助于提高江苏利用外资的水平。面对新税法的施行,江苏应当改善投资环境,创造公平竞争的外围环境,促进本区域经济协调高速发展。
The application of the new Income Tax Law on Enterprises has an obvious influence on the domestic and foreign enterprises and even the whole economy. Jiangsu Province is famous for its developed economy, with nu- merous domestic and foreign enterprises. Its application will help improve creative ability and market-competitive ability of domestic enterprises, inspire them to promote their products, also help Jiangsu Province make better use of foreign capitals. With its application, Jiangsu should better its investment environment, create fair outer environment favorable for competition so as to ensure faster and more harmonious development of regional economy.
