摘要
工程设计中根据工艺生产对环境参数的要求,针对工艺的空调负荷特性,进行认真计算,并在i-d图上进行过程分析,遵照《洁净厂房设计规范》GB50073-2001中的规定,确定净化空调系统的送风量和空气处理各功能段的设置,正确认识二次加热的必要性,优化设计方案,进行合理的空调设备的选配。
Based on the environmental parameters required by process and the air conditioning load characteristics, careful calculation and analysis on i-d drawing were made. Following the definitions of GB 50073-2001 Cleanroom Design Code, the supply air volume and the function configuration of air handling were determined. The design was optimized with judgment of secondary heating necessity to make right selection of air conditioning equipment.
