摘要
以马来酸酐、碳酸铵、氢氧化钠为原料合成聚天冬氨酸.结果表明:在碳酸铵和马来酸酐摩尔比为1.1∶1、聚合温度170℃、聚合时间2 h、氢氧化钠和聚琥珀酰亚胺质量比为0.4∶1时,聚天冬氨酸的相对分子质量达6 200左右,此时聚合物具有良好的阻垢性能,用量仅为2 mg/L时阻垢率即可达到95%;聚天冬氨酸的加入可减小碳酸钙垢晶体颗粒,并使晶体形状变得不规则.
Polyaspartic acid was synthesized with maleic anhydride,ammonia carbonate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials. The results show that a scale inhibition of 95 % can be reached at the polymerization condition of ammonia carbonate to maleic anhydride moalr ratio of 1.1 : 1, polymerization temperature of 170 ℃, polymeriation time of 2 h, mass ratio of NaOH to polysuccimide of 0.4 : 1, with a dosage of PASP only 2 mg/L. The size of crystal grain of CaCO3 is obviously decreased and crystal form become irregular as polyaspartic acid is added.
