摘要
利用旋转粘度计研究了四元丙烯酸酯共聚物无皂水溶胶、HDI齐聚物及两者交联体系的流变行为,测定了三者的剪切应力(τ)~剪切速率(D)、表观粘度(ηa)~剪切速率(D)及lgτ~lgD之间的关系。结果表明,水溶胶、HDI齐聚物的流动指数n近似于1,属牛顿型流体,而水溶胶\HDI齐聚物交联体系的n<1,属非牛顿型流体,并且具有触变性。
The rheological properties of acrylic water solubilized colloidal dispersion, HDI oligomer and their crosslinking system were tested by the rotating viscometer. The relationships between shearing stress( τ ) and shearing rate( D ), apparant viscosity( η a) and shearing rate( D ), lg τ and lg D were studied. The values of n and K were calculated by the equation of Ostwald Dewaele. It was found that n was nearly equal to 1 for water solubilized colloidal dispersion and HDI oligomer, showing Newtonian fluid, while n was less than 0.9 for their crosslinking systems showing non Newtonian fluid. The crosslinking systems appeared the thixotropy as well.
