摘要
研究了影响以改性乙丙梳状多元共聚为主树脂的PP强附着油漆附着百分数的3个因素是主树脂的分子量及其分布和氯化长链烷基苯与有机硅复合的表面活性剂的用量,在大量的试验基础上总结出其最佳范围分别为3×104~5.5×104、2.5~3.5和1.0%~2.5%(质量)的添加量。由此合成了附着力恒为零级,耐温变性能达到-40℃~70℃的PP强附着力油漆。
The key composition, the comb like copolymer of modified poly(ethylene co propylene), for the special coating with excellent adhesion to polypropylene (PP) and its physical parameters were studied. The results show that four physical parameters such as molecular weight of the resin and is distribution, the surfactant and its dossage, are important elements for the adhesion to PP. The surfactant is the mixture of the long chain alkyl benzene chloride and organic silicon by ratio 1∶1. The results also show the optimun ranges are n=(3.0 ̄5.5)×10 4, its distribution 2.5 ̄3.5, the surfactant dossage 1.5% ̄3.0% (mass) respectively. The coating with the properties of one hundred percent adhesion to PP and no change in -40 to 70 ℃ is made of the resin.
