摘要
针对激光切割矢量汉字中出现的问题,提出了用参数三次B样条曲线优化逼近矢量汉字的局部轮廓.在优化逼近过程中,应用Taylor级数展开法进行B样条曲线的参数优化,反复拟合得到优化的参数值.使在误差允许的范围内,获得用B样条曲线优化逼近的汉字轮廓.处理后的矢量汉字字形光顺,生成的数控程序短.
The paper presents a new method in which the parameter B spline curves are used to optimally approximate the contours of the Chinese vector characters consisting of short strokes for lasercutting. During the approximation, first order Taylor series expansion is used to carry out the parameter optimization of B spline curves and the optimal parameters so as to make the error. The curvesobtained are the optimal approximation B spline curves to the characters. After processing, the patterns of the Chinese vector characters are seen to be pretty fairing, while the NC program to generatethem are short.
