摘要
采用三维实体模型模化叶片及围带,建立自由叶片、整圈自锁叶片动静力特性分析的有限元模型;借助大型通用有限元分析软件ALGOR,分析计算了自带冠叶片动力学特性。得出了叶冠型式对叶片动力学特性的影响和叶冠结构对叶片动力学特性的影响。
By using three dimension solid model, the finite element model for analysis of dynamic and static characteristics of integrally shrouded blades were presented; with the aid of FEA software ALGOR, dynamic characteristics of steam tur-bine twisted blades with integral shroud were analyzed and calculated; Obtained the influence factors that the forms of integrally shrouded blade and the structions of integrally shrouded blade to dynamic characteristics.
