摘要
在教师专业发展的理论研究与实践中,有种形式主义甚至符号化的不良趋向。这种不良趋向反映出了几个较普遍存在的问题:没有认清现代意义上的教师专业发展的含义,把学科专业和职业专业混为一谈;热衷于盲目借鉴甚至移植外国的教师专业发展理论,忽略了中国文化语境下教师专业发展应有的特色;过多地重视教师专业发展的形式和符号,忽视了发展的实质。这几个问题是关系到教师专业发展是否健康有效的基础性问题。
There is a harmful formalism, even symbolism trend in the theories and practice of teachers' professional development, which reflects some universally existing problems: many people do not understand the connotation of teachers' professional development on its modern sense, thus they confuses the development of profession with the development of disiplines and specialities; lots of persons fall overboard blindly on using for reference from foreign theories of teachers' professional development, only to lose its specialties that it should have in Chinese cultural context; and more over-respect the forms and symbols of teachers' professional development, but they ignore the essence of development. These problems are the basic problems that relate to whether the teachers' professional development is healthy and effective or not.
