摘要
选取3个矮牵牛(Petunia hybridaVilm)自交系,在人工模拟高温下测定形态和生理指标,旨在探讨其抗热机理。结果表明:不同品种的矮牵牛幼苗株高、冠幅、叶片数没有显著差异,不能作为耐热性鉴定指标,而热害指数达到显著水平可作为鉴定矮牵牛耐热性较为可靠的形态指标。SOD、CAT活性的变化与品种的耐热性无明显的相关性。细胞膜热稳定性、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、O2.-含量、POD活性的变化都表现出一定的规律,是良好的抗热性筛选生理指标。
The morphological and physiological parameters of three inbred lines of Petunia hybrids were measured under the simulated high temperature. The results indicate that hot injury index can be used as a reliable morphological parameter, while plant height, crown width and leaf number can not. There is no significant difference between the changes of SOD, CAT activity and the hot resistance of the plants. Heat stability of cell membrane, chlorophyll content, MDA content,O2^- content, POD activity have demonstrated desirable physiological parameters of hot resistance.
