摘要
目的:观察中西医结合结肠透析疗法对慢性重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法:78例重型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组36例与对照组42例;对照组给予常规护肝、对症和支持治疗,治疗组在给予对照组治疗的基础上加用结肠透析治疗,每3天1次,疗程为15天。结果:治疗组临床有效率63·88%,对照组47·73%;观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0·05)。结论:中西医结合结肠透析配合内科综合治疗重型肝炎疗效显著。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficiency of colon dialysis therapy with traditional Chinese and western medicine on chronic severe hepatitis. Methods： Seventy-eight cases of severe hepatitis patients were divided into two groups randomly ; Fouty-two cases of the control group treated by routine treatments, 36 cases of treatment group treated by colon dialysis on the base of routine treatment. Results： The rate of clinical efficiency for treatment group was 63.88% and control group was 47. 73 %. The efficiency of treatment group were superior to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion： The efficiency of colon dialysis therapy combination with traditional Chinese and western medicine to chronic severe heptitis is remarkable.
